What should be paid attention to in the use of cold-formed mechanical equipment?


The cold rolling mill is a new type of steel bar cold rolling processing equipment. The machine can process hot-rolled wire rods and hot-rolled coils with a diameter between 6.5 mm and 12 mm into cold-rolled ribbed steel bars with a scrap size of 5 mm to 12 mm. The cold-rolled ribbed steel bar rolled by the cold rolling mill is an updated product of the cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire in the prestressed concrete structure. In the cast-in-place concrete structure, it can replace the grade I steel bar to save steel. It is a better kind of cold-worked steel of the same kind. If speed adjustment is not required during the rolling process of the cold rolling mill, an AC motor can be used; if speed adjustment is required during the rolling process of the cold rolling mill, a DC motor can be used.
  working principle
  The cold rolling mill uses a motor to drag the steel bars, and the load-bearing rolls and work rolls of the cold rolling mill are used to apply force to the two sides of the steel bars. After changing the size of the gap between the two rolls, the purpose of rolling cold-rolled ribbed steel bars with different diameters is completed.
① Load-bearing roller: The load-bearing roller of the cold rolling mill is the roller that is close to the stand. This roller serves to hold the steel bar when producing ribbed steel bars, and averages the gravity of the steel bar and the work roll. Scattered on the load-bearing rollers, so that ribs are generated on the lower surface of the steel bars.
②Work roll: The work roll of the cold rolling mill is on top of the load-bearing roll, and the stand is far apart, so the roll mainly plays a role in rolling the steel bar lifted by the load-bearing roll when producing ribbed steel bars. As a result, ribs are generated on the upper surface of the steel bars.
  maintenance
  ①Check whether the electrical system of the cold rolling mill is normal before starting each shift;
  ②and check whether the oil level of each fuel tank is normal;
  ③Whether each oil injection part is filled with oil;
  ④Whether the base material feed is reasonable;
  ⑤After checking the above items;
  ⑥The electrical parts of the cold rolling mill must always be cleaned of dust and debris;
  ⑦ The moving parts should always be checked for looseness and reasonableness.
  ⑧The cold rolling mill cannot be used beyond the limit during the production process to avoid damage to some mechanical parts of the cold rolling mill. It should be rolled in accordance with the rolling specifications to ensure the safe use of cold rolling mill equipment and product qualification.
