What can you do if the machine breaks down?
We will include some spare parts with the machine itself, if emergency we will send required parts by air to ensure problem solved quickly.
Do you provide after-sales service?
We provide 24-hour online service for our customers. KINGREAL will debug the machines freely in our factory make sure everything is OK before shipment. When engineer go to your place to debug the machines, all according expense shall be paid by you.
What's your Install and Training ？
If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install and operate is provided face to face. If not, Manual book and video is provided to show how to install and operate.
What's your payment terms ？
40% deposit is paid before production, the balance paid after inspection confirmation before shipment.
What's your delivery Time ？
Within 60-80 days after receiving prepayment. Some machines in stock, can be delivered at any time.
