1.Metal Ceiling Tile Production Line
KINGREAL Metal Ceiling Tile Production Line is one of our most distinctive products, designed to produce different sizes and versions of false ceilings, including Clip In and Lay In ceiling panel.
The processing feature that the metal ceiling tile production line is designed into is mainly the punching of the sheet, through the gantry punching machine and the manufacture of precision molds, to produce precision perforated ceilings (or perforated coils and perforated sheets) for the customers, the common hole spacing is 1.8MM and 2.5MM, and the production speed can reach up to 204SPM.

KINGREAL Roll Forming Machine is a mechanical device used to convert sheet metal into specific shapes and sizes through a continuous forming process. It works on the principle that the metal material is gradually rolled into the desired cross-section shape by a series of rollers.

4. Cut To Length Line
KINGREAL cut to length line is used for uncoiling, leveling, feeding, cut-to-length, trimming and stacking of metal coils, applicable materials include aluminum coil, stainless steel, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, PPGI, copper strip, and other materials, which ensures that the diagonal accuracy of the shearing line is ≤0.50 mm, and the maximum speed can be as high as 80M/Min.
Coil trolley → Decoiler → Pinch feed roller feeding → High precision leveling device → Fixed length cutting → Unloading table / Automatic stacking table
