KINGREAL's open cell ceiling machine has successfully arrived at the Russian customer's factory, and KINGREAL sent professional engineers to carry out offline metal grid ceiling machine installation and provide machine operation training.

2.1 Preparation before installation

KINGREAL engineers inspected the metal grid ceiling machine to check whether there was any damage caused during transportation. And counted the equipment and accessories one by one with the workers to check whether they were consistent with the packing list. Then, according to the customer's factory space, the components of open cell ceiling machine were placed in the designated position to ensure that the equipment was installed in the correct direction.

2.2 Installation of open cell ceiling machine

KINGREAL engineers assembled the various components of the open cell ceiling machine, such as the decoiler, precision leveler, punching machine, cutting station, roll forming machine, etc., in the order of the production process, and began to install the control panel to check whether the buttons, indicator lights and display screens on the panel were normal. Configure and debug the control system parameters to meet production requirements.

2.3 Equipment debugging

KINGREAL engineers conducted two forms of metal grid ceiling machinetests. The first was a no-load test, running the equipment without loading materials to check whether the various components of the equipment were working properly. Ensure that there is no abnormal noise, vibration or jamming.

Then comes the load test, where actual production materials are loaded for testing to check whether punching, cutting, transmission and other functions are normal.

And adjust equipment parameters according to the situation to achieve the best production efficiency and product quality.

2.4 Operation training

KINGREAL engineers provided detailed equipment operation and safety training for workers in the Russian factory. And demonstrated the startup, operation, shutdown and daily maintenance methods of open cell ceiling machine. And KINGREAL engineers delivered the user manual, electrical drawings, maintenance manual and other documents of the metal grid ceiling machine to the customer. Carefully check and confirm that the customer has understood the basic operation and maintenance requirements of the equipment.
