1. Determine the location

2. Assembly of keels

Before installation, place the ceiling keels on the open ground for assembly. Use the snap-on method, that is, make grooves on the t bar grid, align the grooves of each ceiling t bar, and assemble them. Note that glue should be evenly applied in the grooves, and then fixed with nails.

3. Fix the ceiling t bar

After assembling the suspended ceiling, the ceiling t bar needs to be fixed, otherwise it will easily fall off after installation. And the corners of the ceiling need to be sealed. This construction step is more important and must not be sloppy.

4. Marking the position line

After the ceiling t bars are fixed, you need to mark the position of the keels. This is mainly to better determine the number of ceiling tiles for the suspended ceiling. And after marking the position line, it will also be convenient to install the t bar grid without unevenness.

5. Installation and construction

Finally, you can start installing the t bar grid. Use welding technology to fix the t bar grid on the suspended ceiling. When welding, pay attention to the firmness, otherwise it is easy to fall off. In addition, during the installation and construction, the installation of the suspension rod must be done well, and it must be ensured to be uniform to increase the force. In addition, the surface of the t bar grid must be treated with anti-rust to prevent rust on the surface and increase the service life.
