KINGREAL Metal Ceiling Tile Perforation Line is one of the most distinctive lines designed to produce high-precision metal perforated ceilings with common hole diameters of 1.0MM/1.8MM and 2.5MM. KINGREAL‘s high-speed gantry punching machines have been widely praised by our customers for increasing the speed of ceiling punching production. At present, KINGREAL has been used to independently design punching mold professional ability, according to the customer actual production needs of customized punching drawings for the design and production of punching molds.

KINGREAL Metal Ceiling Perforated Making Machine adopts automatic material input, first flattening, holes punching, corner cutting, servo feeding, cutting to length, conveyor, second flatting, sheet washing, automatic turning and positioning, final bending forming. Customers can match the production equipment according to their own production needs, to provide fully automatic and semi-automatic two mature solutions.

According to the perforation speed, it would be about 16-18PCS for the half perforation line. After this production line, we need two bending forming oil press machine to catch speed of perforation line. The ceiling tile production line will be distributed on two different conveyers and turn the ceiling tiles automatically, the feed to the bending machine machine by manipulator, at the same time, the finsihed products will be taken out from the bending forming machine.
KINGREAL can provide the high quality oil press machine for produce the perforation ceiling tiles. Hydraulic oil press is used for cutting the corner and bending forming the ceiling plates. Full automatic high speed ceiling tile making machine is for producing and manufacture the metal false ceiling tiles. Right now most metal false ceiling manufacturers use semi-auto or manual production lines to produce all kinds of ceiling sheet.
This is auto turn device for the ceiling sheet. Usually after perforation, there will be some spurs on the surface, to make the final productts higher quality we need to turn the panels automatically.
